Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke the purchase contract within a period of 14 days without stating any grounds or reasons.

The revocation period of fourteen days commences on the day on which you received the merchandise, or a third party named by you, who is not the forwarder, received the merchandise.

To revoke the contract, a clear statement of revocation is to be sent in writing (e.g. by standard letter, telefax or email) to us, informing us of your decision to revoke the contract.

You may use the sample revocation form provided, though the use of this form is not obligatory.

To exercise the right of revocation it is sufficient that you send the statement of revocation within the period of revocation.

Consequences of revocation

In case of a valid revocation, all payments received from you will be refunded promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of receipt of your statement of revocation of this contract. This refund includes delivery costs from us to you (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a method of delivery chosen by you which differs from the more favourable standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless other means have been expressly agreed with you. No fees will be charged for this refund transaction.

The refund may be withheld by us until the returned goods have been received by us, or until you can send us proof of dispatch that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is the earlier date. The merchandise must be returned to us promptly, at the latest within fourteen days of the date of your statement of revocation of the contract. The deadline is adhered to if you dispatch the goods within the period of revocation, i.e. fourteen days from date of the revocation statement. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return delivery. In the case of a loss in value of the merchandise, you may have to compensate for the loss in value of the goods but only if the deterioration of the goods is a result of unnecessary and inappropriate handling by you on examining the condition, features and function of the merchandise.

Special Reference

The right of revocation does not apply

• on contracts for the supply of goods produced according to individual customer specifications or goods clearly tailored to personal needs of the customer.
